  1. 1 cup milk (full-fat or low-fat, your choice)
  2. 1–2 tablespoons sugar substitute (like erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit)
  3. 1 teaspoon butter (optional, for creaminess)

🍳 Method

  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat on low–medium heat.
  2. Stir in the sugar substitute until dissolved.
  3. Simmer gently, stirring frequently, until the milk reduces by about half (20–30 minutes).
  4. Add butter at the end and stir until smooth.
  5. Let it cool—will thicken more as it cools.
