Here’s a quick and simple way to make sugar-free condensed milk at home using only 3 ingredients:


🥛 Ingredients

  1. 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based, like almond or soy)
  2. 1–2 tablespoons sugar substitute (erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit)
  3. 1 teaspoon butter (optional, for creaminess)

🍳 Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan over low–medium heat.
  2. Stir in the sugar substitute until fully dissolved.
  3. Simmer gently, stirring frequently, until the milk reduces by about half (20–30 minutes).
  4. Add butter at the end and stir until smooth.
  5. Let it cool—will thicken more as it cools.

💡 Tips

  • Use a non-stick pan to prevent burning.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
  • Works in coffee, tea, desserts, or baking as a substitute for regular condensed milk.
