  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk yogurt and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs, oil, lemon zest, and juice. Mix well.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour into pan and bake 45–55 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly before adding glaze.
