Here’s a simple and creamy Ham Salad recipe — perfect for sandwiches, crackers, or lettuce wraps. 🥪


🥗 Classic Ham Salad

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped or ground
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare Ham

  • Finely chop ham by hand or pulse briefly in a food processor (don’t over-process into paste).

2️⃣ Mix Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine ham, mayonnaise, mustard, relish, celery, and onion.
  • Add lemon juice if using.

3️⃣ Season

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir until creamy and well combined.

4️⃣ Chill

  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.

  • Spread on sandwich bread or croissants
  • Spoon onto crackers
  • Serve in lettuce cups for a low-carb option
  • Stuff into tomatoes or avocados

  • Keeps refrigerated for up to 3–4 days in an airtight container.
