Grilled Cheese Sandwich 🧀🍞

A grilled cheese sandwich is one of the easiest and most comforting meals you can make.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 slices cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any cheese you like)
  • 1–2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan
    Place a frying pan on medium heat.
  2. Butter the bread
    Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Build the sandwich
    Put one slice of bread in the pan butter side down.
    Add the cheese slices on top.
    Cover with the second slice butter side up.
  4. Cook
    Grill for about 3–4 minutes until the bottom becomes golden and crispy.
  5. Flip
    Turn the sandwich over and cook another 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve
    Remove from the pan, cut in half, and enjoy hot.

Optional Add-ins

  • Tomato slices 🍅
  • Cooked bacon 🥓
  • Ham or chicken
  • A pinch of garlic powder for extra flavor
