- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- ΒΌ cup brown sugar
- 3β4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F / 190Β°C.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 2β3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Make sauce: Mix brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, paprika, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake:
