Crockpot Candy

Here’s an easy and popular Crockpot Candy recipe — sweet, salty, chocolatey clusters made right in your slow cooker.


🍫 Crockpot Candy

Ingredients (Makes about 40–50 clusters)

  • 16 oz dry roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)
  • 16 oz unsalted peanuts
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 24 oz white almond bark (or white chocolate melting wafers)

Instructions

1️⃣ Layer ingredients (don’t stir yet)

  • Spray slow cooker lightly with non-stick spray (optional).
  • Add peanuts first.
  • Layer chocolate chips over the peanuts.
  • Break almond bark into chunks and place on top.

2️⃣ Cook

  • Cover and cook on Low for 1½–2 hours.
  • Do not stir until chocolate is fully melted.

3️⃣ Stir

  • Once melted, stir everything together until smooth and well combined.

4️⃣ Form clusters

  • Drop spoonfuls onto parchment or wax paper.
  • Let sit at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

5️⃣ Store

  • Keep in an airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week (longer in fridge).

Variations

  • 🥜 Add pecans, almonds, or cashews.
  • 🍪 Stir in mini marshmallows after melting.
  • 🎄 Add holiday sprinkles before they set.
  • 🌶 Add a pinch of sea salt or cayenne for a sweet-salty twist.
