🍰 Simple Yogurt Cake (Super Moist)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Grease a loaf pan or 9-inch round pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk yogurt, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix just until combined (don’t overmix).
  4. Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
  5. Bake 35–45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool slightly, then remove from pan.
