🍎 Warm Baked Apple Fritters

🧾 Ingredients
For the fritters
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt

- 2 eggs

- 2 cups diced Apple (peeled)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
For the glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients: eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in the diced apples.
- Scoop batter into small mounds on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Make glaze: mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over warm fritters.
