Posted on March 16, 2026 by Admin

🍎 Warm Baked Apple Fritters

Warm Baked Apple Fritters are a lighter version of classic Apple Fritter—soft apple-filled pastries usually fried. This baked version gives you the same cozy flavor with less oil.

🧾 Ingredients

For the fritters

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced Apple (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

For the glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in the diced apples.
  5. Scoop batter into small mounds on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Make glaze: mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Drizzle glaze over warm fritters.

🍽️ Serving Tip

Serve them warm with:

  • a sprinkle of cinnamon
