Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 block (14 oz) firm or extra-firm tofu

Instructions

- Drain and press tofu for 15β20 minutes to remove excess water.
- Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Combine ingredients:
- In the slow cooker, add tofu, vegetables, soy sauce, hoisin/teriyaki, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and optional red pepper flakes.

- Cook:
