Ingredients (serves 6–8)

For the crust:

  • 1 pre-made tart shell (or 1 ¼ cups crushed graham crackers + ¼ cup melted butter for a no-bake crust)

For the filling:

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

For the topping:

  • 1–2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • Optional: apricot jam or glaze for shine

Instructions

1. Prepare the crust

  • If using a pre-made tart shell, prebake according to package instructions.
  • For a no-bake crust, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter, press into tart pan, and chill for 30 minutes.

2. Make the filling

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread evenly into the tart shell.

3. Arrange the strawberries

  • Slice strawberries and arrange them decoratively on top of the filling.

4. Optional glaze

  • For a glossy finish, warm 2–3 tbsp apricot jam with 1 tsp water and brush over the strawberries.

5. Chill and serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
