Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Make strawberry filling:
Mix strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla. Spread evenly in the dish. - Cream cheese layer:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the strawberries (don’t spread completely). - Cobbler batter:
