Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak is a comforting dish made with seasoned beef patties cooked slowly in a rich onion and mushroom gravy. Using a slow cooker makes the meat very tender and flavorful.

For the patties
- 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
- ยฝ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

For the gravy
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion (sliced)

- Mix patties
Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into oval patties. - Brown the patties (optional but recommended)
Lightly fry them in a pan for 2โ3 minutes per side to add flavor. - Prepare the slow cooker
Place sliced onions and mushrooms at the bottom. - Add patties
Put the patties on top of the onions. - Make the gravy
Mix cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the patties. - Cook
- Low: 6โ7 hours
- High: 3โ4 hours
