🧂 Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for searing)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can (10–11 oz) cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

  1. Season the pork chops
    Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Optional sear
