Ingredients
- 1.5–2 kg country-style pork ribs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup water or broth
Instructions
1️⃣ Season the ribs
Rub ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2️⃣ Layer the slow cooker
- Put sliced onions on the bottom.
- Place ribs on top.
3️⃣ Add the sauce
In a bowl mix:
- BBQ sauce
- brown sugar
- Worcestershire sauce
- water/broth
Pour over the ribs.
4️⃣ Slow cook
- Low: 7–8 hours
- High: 4–5 hours
The ribs are ready when they are very tender and almost falling apart.

- Remove ribs from slow cooker.
