  3. Add liquid and seasoning: Pour in the broth, drizzle olive oil or butter, and season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until cabbage is tender.
  5. Stir gently before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
