Scrambled eggs

Here’s a simple and fluffy scrambled eggs recipe 🍳


Ingredients (serves 1–2)

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream (optional, for extra fluffiness)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs
    • Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk (if using), and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
    • Whisk until yolks and whites are fully combined.
  2. Heat pan
    • Place a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
    • Melt butter or heat oil until hot but not smoking.
  3. Cook eggs
    • Pour eggs into the skillet.
    • Let sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula, pushing eggs from the edges to the center.
    • Continue folding slowly until eggs are mostly set but still slightly creamy (they will keep cooking after removal from heat).
  4. Serve
    • Remove from heat immediately and serve warm.
    • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, fresh herbs, or a dash of hot sauce.

Tips & Variations

  • Extra creamy: stir in a spoonful of cream cheese or sour cream.
  • Herb scramble: add chives, parsley, or dill at the end.
  • Vegetable scramble: sauté onions, peppers, or spinach before adding eggs.
  • Cheesy scramble: sprinkle cheese halfway through cooking for melty goodness.
