🌭 Sausage Bake
Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 1 lb (450 g) sausages (pork, chicken, or your choice)
- 2 cups diced potatoes (or baby potatoes, halved)
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/2 cup shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven
- 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Prepare ingredients
- Toss potatoes, bell pepper, onion, and garlic with olive oil, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Arrange in dish
