Roasted cauliflower

Here’s a simple, flavorful roasted cauliflower recipe 🌿🔥

Ingredients (serves ~2–4)

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder or minced garlic (optional)
  • Optional: paprika, turmeric, Parmesan, or fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cauliflower
    In a bowl, toss florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
  3. Roast
    Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
    Roast 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and tender.
  4. Serve
    Sprinkle with Parmesan, fresh herbs, or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.

Tips

  • Don’t overcrowd the pan; florets should roast, not steam.
  • For extra crispiness, increase oven temp to 450°F for the last 5 minutes.
  • Can add chili flakes for a spicy kick or balsamic glaze for sweetness.
