🍬 Reese’s Peanut Butter Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
- 1½–2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
Instructions
- Mix filling
- Stir peanut butter and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar (and vanilla) and mix until thick and dough-like.
- Shape
- Roll into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
- Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill 20–30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate
- Microwave chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring each time.
- Dip
- Dip each truffle in chocolate, coat fully, and return to tray.
- Set
- Chill until chocolate is firm (about 15 minutes).
⭐ Tips & Variations
- Add crushed Reese’s pieces on top before chocolate sets
- Use white chocolate for a different look
- Sprinkle sea salt on top for sweet-salty flavor
- Store in fridge up to 1 week
