Here’s a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie 🍫🥜—rich, creamy, and super easy (no baking required).


Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 chocolate cookie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)

Topping

  • 8–10 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)
  • Extra whipped topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make filling:
    • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    • Mix in peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  2. Fold in whipped topping:
    • Gently fold whipped topping into peanut butter mixture until light and fluffy.
  3. Fill crust:
    • Spoon filling into chocolate crust and smooth the top.
  4. Add toppings:
    • Sprinkle chopped Reese’s cups over the top.
    • Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
  5. Chill:
    • Refrigerate at least 2–3 hours (or overnight) until firm.
  6. Serve:
