Easy Peach Cobbler (Canned Peaches)

Ingredients (serves 6–8)

  • 2 cans (15 oz / 425 g each) sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C)
  2. Prepare the pan:
    • Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Make the batter:
    • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
    • Stir in milk and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Assemble:
    • Pour batter over the butter (do not stir).
    • Spoon peaches evenly over the batter (do not stir).
  5. Bake:
    • Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve:
    • Let cool slightly and serve warm.
