Here’s a delicious Peach Cobbler Muffins recipe 🧁🍑—sweet, fruity, and a little crunchy on top!


Ingredients

Muffins

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional, for that cobbler flavor)
  • 1 cup diced fresh or canned peaches (drain if canned)
  • 1 cup milk
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or use liners.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine: Pour wet into dry ingredients and stir until just combined (batter will be slightly lumpy).
  5. Add peaches: Gently fold in the diced peaches.
  6. Fill muffin cups: Spoon batter into muffin cups about ¾ full.
  7. Add topping: Mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle on each muffin, then drizzle a little melted butter over top.
  8. Bake: 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean and tops are golden.
  9. Cool: Let muffins cool a few minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
