🧂 Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 1 lb (450g) beef (thinly sliced steak, sirloin, or ground beef patties)
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Optional: sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, or baby potatoes
  • Aluminum foil

1. Preheat oven

  • Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prepare the beef mixture

  • In a bowl, mix beef, onions, garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Add optional vegetables if using.

3. Assemble foil packets

  • Tear 2 large sheets of foil per serving (so it wraps fully).
  • Place beef mixture in the center of the foil.
  • Fold the foil over to create a sealed packet, leaving space inside for steam.

4. Bake

  • Place packets on a baking sheet.
