Posted on December 29, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a simple No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars recipe 🍫🥣
Quick, easy, and chewy—perfect for snacks or dessert.

Ingredients (makes ~12 bars)

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare pan
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make oat base
    • In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter, peanut butter, and honey together.
    • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
    • Mix in oats until fully coated.
  3. Press into pan
    • Press oat mixture firmly into prepared pan, creating an even layer.
  4. Add chocolate topping
    • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl (30-second intervals, stirring) or using a double boiler.
    • Pour over oat layer and spread evenly.
  5. Set
    • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until firm.
    • Slice into bars.

Tips & Variations

  • Add-ins: nuts, dried fruit, or shredded coconut for extra texture.
  • Healthier version: use natural peanut butter and dark chocolate.
  • Chewy vs. firm: add a little extra honey for chewier bars.
  • Storage: keep in the fridge up to a week or freeze for longer storage.

I can also give you a peanut butter-free version, salted caramel chocolate oat bars, or mini bite-size version if you want.
