Here’s a delicious No-Bake Banana Split Cake 🍌🍓🍫 — layered, creamy, fruity, and perfect for warm days or a quick dessert.


No-Bake Banana Split Cake

Ingredients (9×13-inch pan)

Crust

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, divided

Fruit Layers

  • 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced (optional: blueberries or cherries)

Toppings

  • ½ cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup or mini chocolate chips
  • Additional whipped topping for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare crust:
    Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Chill in fridge while preparing filling.
  2. Make cream layer:
    Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust.
  3. Add fruit layers:
    Arrange sliced bananas over cream layer. Add crushed pineapple and strawberries on top.
  4. Top with remaining whipped topping:
    Spread the rest of the whipped topping evenly over fruit.
  5. Add toppings:
    Drizzle chocolate syrup, sprinkle chopped nuts, and additional chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Chill:
    Refrigerate at least 2–3 hours (or overnight) until set.
  7. Serve:
    Slice into squares. Optionally, garnish each piece with a cherry or more chocolate syrup.

  • Banana browning: Toss banana slices in a little lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Make ahead: This cake actually tastes better after a few hours in the fridge.
  • Whipped topping: Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream both work.

  • Chocolate crust: Use chocolate cookie crumbs instead of graham crackers.
  • Tropical twist: Add mango or kiwi slices.
  • Mini cups: Layer ingredients in individual dessert cups for parties.
