Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Mix meatloaf filling
    • In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs + milk → let soak 2–3 minutes.
    • Add ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and seasoning. Mix gently.
  3. Assemble in casserole dish
    • Spread meat mixture evenly in the dish.
    • Optional: sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  4. Make glaze
    • Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread over the meat.
  5. Bake
    • Bake 45–55 minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C) and glaze is caramelized.
  6. Serve
    • Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
    • Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, or a simple salad.
