Ingredients (serves 1–2)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers or onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer
    • Oven: 375°F (190°C)
    • Air fryer: 350°F (175°C)
  2. Layer the bowl
    • Spread pizza sauce on the bottom of an oven-safe bowl or ramekin.
    • Add cooked protein and veggies.
    • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
    • Finish with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake
