Here’s a Low-Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl 🍕🥣—all the pizza flavor without the crust. It’s quick, filling, and very customizable.


Low-Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • ½–¾ cup low-sugar pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup cooked Italian sausage or pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup cooked mushrooms
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp sliced black olives (optional)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: crushed red pepper, Parmesan

Instructions

Oven Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer ingredients in an oven-safe bowl or ramekin:
    • Sauce on bottom
    • Veggies and meats
    • Mozzarella on top
  3. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
  5. Cool 2–3 minutes and enjoy.

Microwave Method (Fast!)

  1. Layer ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave 2–3 minutes, until cheese is melted and hot.
