Instructions
1. Cook the noodles
- Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper.

2. Make the meat sauce
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook onion until soft, add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
