Ham and cheese sticks

Here’s an easy Ham and Cheese Sticks recipe 🧀🥓
Crispy on the outside, melty on the inside—perfect for snacks, parties, or lunchboxes.


Ingredients (makes ~12 sticks)

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 12 slices deli ham (thin)
  • 12 sticks mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • 375°F (190°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare dough
    • Unroll dough and separate into triangles (or cut pizza dough into strips).
  3. Assemble sticks
    • Place a slice of ham and a cheese stick on the wide end of each triangle.
    • Roll up tightly, tucking in ends to seal.
  4. Season
    • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
    • Brush over each stick.
    • Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
  5. Bake
    • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve
    • Serve warm with marinara or honey mustard for dipping.

Tips & Variations

  • Use Swiss cheese for a classic ham & Swiss flavor.
  • Add mustard inside before rolling for extra zing.
  • Make in an air fryer at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.
  • Great for freezing—reheat in oven or air fryer.
