  • 80/20 → most flavor, most flexible (my default)
  • 85/15 → casseroles, skillet meals
  • 90/10 → needs sauce or moisture

🍳 How to Make It Taste GOOD (Not Gray)

  1. Hot pan.
  2. Don’t overcrowd.
  3. Let it brown before stirring.
  4. Salt after browning.
  5. Drain fat only if needed.

Flavor = browning.
