Garlic Steak Bites

🧄🥩 Garlic Steak Bites (15-Minute Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 1–1½ lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
  • Optional finish: splash of Worcestershire or soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into bite-size cubes. Pat very dry (this matters).
  2. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat a cast-iron or heavy skillet over high heat. Add oil.
  4. Sear steak bites in a single layer (work in batches). Cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  5. Lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic; cook ~30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn!).
  6. Return steak to pan, toss to coat. Add Worcestershire/soy if using.
  7. Finish with parsley and serve immediately.

🔥 Pro tips

  • Don’t overcrowd the pan or you’ll steam instead of sear
  • Let steak rest at room temp 15 minutes before cooking
  • Add a squeeze of lemon or sprinkle of chili flakes for pop
