Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms:


🍄 Ingredients

  • 500g fresh mushrooms (button or cremini), cleaned and trimmed
  • 3 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp dried parsley or fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat the pan
    In a large skillet, melt butter (or heat olive oil) over medium heat.
  2. Cook garlic
    Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms
    Toss mushrooms in the pan. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and golden brown.
  4. Season & add cheese
    Sprinkle salt, pepper, parsley, and Parmesan. Stir well until the cheese melts slightly and coats the mushrooms.
  5. Serve hot
    Perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or topping for pasta, steak, or chicken.

🍽️ Tips

  • Use cremini mushrooms for a richer flavor
  • Add a splash of white wine while cooking for extra depth
  • Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness
