Here’s a quick, flavorful recipe for Garlic Butter Ground Turkey with Cauliflower Skillet:

🥘 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Ground turkey
  • 1 small head Cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter (or 2 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or Italian herbs
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook the cauliflower
In the same skillet, add remaining butter. Toss in cauliflower florets and garlic. Sauté for 5–8 minutes until tender and lightly golden.
  3. Combine
Return turkey to the skillet, mix with cauliflower. Add dried herbs and stir well. Cook 2–3 minutes to let flavors meld.
  4. Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot as a low-carb, one-pan meal.

🍽️ Tips

  • Add a splash of chicken broth for extra moisture
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan or a squeeze of lemon for added flavor
  • You can swap cauliflower for broccoli or zucchini for variety

If you want, I can make a creamy garlic butter version where the skillet gets a rich, velvety sauce—perfect for a comforting low-carb dinner.
