Ingredients:
- 1 loaf French bread or baguette
- 1/2 cup (1 stick / 115 g) butter, softened

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: grated Parmesan or mozzarella
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt until well combined. - Prepare the bread
Slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread garlic butter evenly over both halves. - Bake
Place bread cut-side up on a baking sheet.
Bake 10–12 minutes until butter is melted and bread is warm. - Crispy finish (optional but amazing)
