Garlic bread

🧄🍞 Garlic Bread (Crispy & Buttery)

Super easy and perfect as a side for pasta, soup, or salad.


Ingredients (4–6 servings)

  • 1 baguette or loaf of bread
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1–2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: grated mozzarella or parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: 190°C / 375°F.
  2. Make garlic butter:
    • Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Prepare bread:
    • Slice bread in half lengthwise.
    • Spread garlic butter evenly on both halves.
  4. Bake:
    • Place bread on a baking tray.
    • Bake 10–12 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
  5. Optional cheesy top:
    • Add cheese and bake 2–3 more minutes until melted and golden.
  6. Serve: Slice and enjoy warm.

Tips

  • For extra crisp, broil for the last 1–2 minutes (watch closely).
  • Add a pinch of chili flakes or Italian herbs for more flavor 🌶️🌿
  • You can make it in an air fryer at 180°C / 350°F for 5–7 minutes.
