Creamy Chicken & Carrot Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or finely chopped
  • ½ cup cooked carrots, finely grated or mashed
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional extras:
    • 1–2 tbsp chopped celery for crunch
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients
    • In a medium bowl, mix chicken and carrots.
    • Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix until creamy and well combined.
  2. Adjust consistency
    • Add a little more mayo or yogurt if you want it looser.
  3. Chill
    • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
