Instructions
- Marinate
- Mix buttermilk and seasonings.
- Add chicken, cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight best).
- Coat

- Remove chicken from buttermilk, dredge in flour.
- For extra crunch: dip back into buttermilk, then flour again.
- Rest

- Fry
