Instructions
1. Cook the pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente.
- Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
2. Cook the chicken
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
