Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix orange juice, orange zest, melted butter, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in cranberries and optional nuts.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
Tips
- For extra sweetness, add a light Powdered Sugar glaze on top.
- Dried cranberries can be used if fresh ones aren’t available.
