🥛 Condensed Milk Bread (Oven or Air Fryer)
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup milk (or water)
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
Steps
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add condensed milk, milk, and butter. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead lightly (2–3 minutes) until smooth.
- Shape into a small loaf or 6–8 rolls.
Bake
- Oven: 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes
- Air Fryer: 330°F (165°C) for 12–15 minutes
(Cover loosely with foil if browning too fast)
