Clove Steam is a natural home remedy where cloves (laung) are added to hot water, and the resulting steam is inhaled. It’s commonly used to relieve nasal congestion, cold symptoms, and mild respiratory discomfort.

  • 4–6 whole cloves
  • Boiling water (1–2 cups)
