Absolutely! Here’s a classic, soft, and gooey Cinnamon Roll recipe 🍩—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or anytime you want a sweet treat.

Classic Cinnamon Rolls

Servings: 8–12
Prep time: 30–40 min (plus rising)
Cook time: 20–25 min

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 2¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F / 43°C)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

For the filling:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

For the icing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Activate yeast
    • In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Make the dough
    • Stir in sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs.
    • Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead & rise
    • Knead on a floured surface 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
    • Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–1.5 hours until doubled.
  4. Prepare the filling
    • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
    • Spread softened butter over the rolled-out dough, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly.
  5. Roll & cut
    • Roll dough into a rectangle (~16×12 inches).
    • Roll tightly from the long side and cut into 12 equal slices.
    • Place slices in a greased baking pan.
  6. Second rise
    • Cover and let rolls rise 30–40 minutes until puffy.
  7. Bake
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Glaze
    • Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make icing.
    • Drizzle over warm rolls.

🔥 Tips

  • Use warm milk to properly activate the yeast.
  • Folding butter inside the dough before rolling can make rolls extra soft.
  • Can add raisins, nuts, or cream cheese frosting for variety.
  • Best served warm; store leftovers in an airtight container for 2–3 days.

I can also give you an overnight cinnamon roll recipe where the dough rises slowly in the fridge, so you can bake fresh rolls in the morning with minimal prep.
