Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. - Bake
Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are golden but centers are still soft. - Cool

Tips
- For chewier cookies, slightly underbake and let them set on the baking sheet.
