Classic Crispy Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders (or chicken breast strips)
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1–1½ cups breadcrumbs or panko
  • Oil (for frying or spraying)

Steps

  1. Season chicken well.
  2. Dredge in flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry at medium heat 3–4 min per side until golden
    OR bake at 400°F / 200°C for 18–22 min (flip halfway).

Oven-Baked Healthy Tenders

  • Skip frying; use panko + a little oil
  • Place on a rack over a tray for extra crispiness
  • Bake at 425°F / 220°C for 15–18 minutes

Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

  • Air fry at 390°F / 200°C for 10–12 minutes
  • Flip halfway, spray lightly with oil
