Instructions
- Cook noodles
- Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, pepper, and broth. Set aside.
- Stir-fry vegetables
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and onions; stir-fry 1–2 minutes.
- Add carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage; stir-fry 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Combine noodles and sauce
- Add cooked noodles and protein (if using) to the skillet.
