Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Prepare filling: Mix chicken, cheese, onion, and mayo/cream cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out puff pastry: Cut into rectangles or squares.
  4. Add filling: Place a spoonful of chicken-cheese mix in the center of each piece.
  5. Fold and seal: Fold pastry over the filling (triangle or rectangle) and press edges with a fork.
  6. Brush with egg wash to get a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Serve warm—perfect on its own or with a side salad.
