Here’s a simple cheesecake recipe you can make easily, including a no-bake version and a baked version 🍰🧀.


🍰 No-Bake Cheesecake (Easy)

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups crushed graham crackers or biscuits
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream (or whipping cream)
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare crust
    • Mix crumbs and butter. Press into a pan. Chill 10 minutes.
  2. Make filling
    • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
    • Whip cream until fluffy, then fold gently into cream cheese.
  3. Assemble & chill
    • Spread filling over crust.
    • Chill 4–6 hours or overnight.
  4. Optional topping
    • Fruit, chocolate, or caramel.

🍰 Baked Cheesecake (Classic)

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups crushed crackers + 5 tbsp butter (for crust)
  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup sour cream or yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Make crust and press into pan.
  3. Make filling: Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth, add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Bake 40–45 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate 4 hours.

⭐ Tips

  • Room-temperature cream cheese = smooth batter
  • Don’t overmix to prevent cracks
  • Cheesecake firms up more after chilling
