Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers or biscuits
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Filling
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, room temperature
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup sour cream or yogurt
Steps
- Make crust: Mix crumbs + butter. Press into a lined 6-inch pan.
- Mix filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, vanilla, then sour cream. Mix just until combined.
- Assemble: Pour filling over crust. Tap pan gently to remove bubbles.
- Air fry: 300°F (150°C) for 18–22 minutes.
- Center should jiggle slightly, edges set.
