Here’s a simple air fryer cheesecake 🧀🍰 (small, quick, and beginner-friendly)

🧁 Air Fryer Cheesecake (6-inch pan)

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or biscuits
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Filling

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup sour cream or yogurt

Steps

  1. Make crust: Mix crumbs + butter. Press into a lined 6-inch pan.
  2. Mix filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, vanilla, then sour cream. Mix just until combined.
  3. Assemble: Pour filling over crust. Tap pan gently to remove bubbles.
  4. Air fry: 300°F (150°C) for 18–22 minutes.
    • Center should jiggle slightly, edges set.
  5. Cool: Let cool at room temp, then chill 3–4 hours before slicing.

⭐ Tips

  • Don’t overmix (prevents cracks)
  • If top browns too fast, loosely cover with foil
  • Tastes best fully chilled

Easy Variations

  • Oreo: Add crushed Oreos to the crust
  • Chocolate: Swirl in 2 tbsp melted chocolate
  • Fruit: Top with strawberries or blueberry sauce
